This project consists of 10 automatic lines, including 39 Neway CNC machine tools (3 VM1506H, 4 VM1103S, 6 NL504SA, 6 NL634SZ, and 20 NL634SCZ), 6-axis joint robotic arms and sky rails, controlled by MES system, valve components are managed throughout the entire process from order placement to production, achieving automated workpiece clamping and processing, automatic material turnover, reducing processing procedures, personnel configuration and labor intensity, and improving processing efficiency and stability.
